Kid’s Table Child Care was founded by sisters Megan and Madison Evans, who grew up in Southern Oregon with a shared love for children, creativity, and creating meaningful experiences for families.

 

Their passion for childcare began early through volunteering in children’s programs, leading summer camps, and helping care for their younger siblings. Those experiences shaped their heart for creating safe, joyful spaces where kids feel seen and included.

 

As adults, Megan built a career in trauma-informed childcare, youth programs, and founded a nonprofit for refugee youth, while Madison gained years of hands on experience as a nanny before moving into event coordination, executive assisting and hospitality. 

 

With their combined 25+ years of experience, Megan and Madison saw a need and opportunity to bring something new to the event industry: elevated, intentional childcare designed specifically for special events. 

 

That vision became Kid’s Table Child Care—where children are cared for with intention, parents can fully enjoy the moment, and every event becomes a magical experience for guests of all ages.
